The following detailed General Sales Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "terms of use") exclusively govern the contractual relations between every customer using the website www.portodemagia.com (hereinafter referred to as "user") and the merchant www.portodemagia.com or Porto de Magia, owned by the company Reis Costa & Pinho, Lda., with a share capital of 5,000 EUROS, whose registered office is located at Rua Formosa, n° 207-209, Postal code 4000-251 Porto, Portugal. The company is registered with the Commercial Registry of Porto under the number 501251570. The general terms of use are the only ones to apply and replace all other conditions, except prior agreement, expressed and in writing. Porto de Magia may occasionally modify certain provisions of its general conditions, and it is also necessary to reread it with each visit to the Portodemagia.com website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"). We consider that when the order is validated, the customer automatically accepts our general terms of sale. By connecting to the site, the customer undertakes to respect the General Conditions as well as the Conditions of Use.
