RETURN POLICY

Customers of Porto de Magia have the right to exchange/return an item within 14 days of receipt. The merchandise can only be returned without any damage and in the original packaging.

Items must be in the same condition as when you received them and not extensively used or worn.

It is the customer's responsibility to bear the cost of returning the item, as indicated in Article 13 of DL n.º 24/2014, dated February 14th.

All returned items are subject to verification of their condition.

Return Form

If you wish to return a product, please send us an email at geral@portodemagia.com, and you will receive a return form. Print this form and fill it out completely. Send the form along with the item to the provided address.

Correspondence

All correspondence with Porto de Magia occurs via email (in the case of a dispute, it will be in paper/digital copy) through geral@portodemagia.com

Notification of returned merchandise must be made within 14 days of receipt of the payment order. Ensure that the return form is completed fully and correctly. Return envelopes without postage or not adequately stamped will be rejected. Exchange/return of an item(s) can only occur once per order. Porto de Magia will credit/pay or refund the amount due within 30 days after the full completion of the return form.

Warranty and Service

If the customer receives a defective product, it will be exchanged for the same or a similar product free of charge. This is done in consultation with the customer. To do so, the customer must contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the payment order.

Wrong Product

If the customer receives the wrong product, Porto de Magia is willing to exchange it for the same or a similar product free of charge (in consultation with the customer). To do so, the customer must contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the payment order. We will refund all expenses.
